Prairie Environmental Consulting was contracted by Dominion Due Diligence Group from Midlothian, Virginia to conduct a complete asbestos survey of the historic Evans Building (now Evans Apartments) in Hot Springs, SD.

Prairie Environmental Consulting was contracted by Watterson Environmental and Facility Management to conduct a complete flooring profile of three Tires Plus/Firestone locations in South Dakota and Wyoming.
Former JCPenney Building Hazardous Materials Survey - Lakewood Mall - Aberdeen, SD (October 2015)
Prairie Environmental Consulting was contracted by Watterson Environmental and Facility Management to conduct a complete hazardous materials assessment of a former JCPenney retail store in the Lakewood Mall in Aberdeen, SD in anticipation of a full re-model. Jason Biggins completed a full asbestos survey, a lead paint inspection, floor plan sketch drawings, as well as survey of all flourescent fixtures and ballasts, mercury switches, and other potential hazardous material sources.

Prairie Environmental Consulting was contracted by CCCIS, Inc., located in Sioux Falls, SD, to conduct indoor air quality testing, as well as mold testing, on both floors of the company's large downtown commercial building.

Prairie Environmental Consulting was contracted by a national restaurant chain to conduct a complete asbesetos survey, as well as a mold inspection (including air sampling), in anticipation of a full re-model of a space in The Empire Mall in Sioux Falls, SD.
Prairie Environmental Consulting worked with various tenants of The Empire Mall to conduct bulk and air sampling for mold before and after water intrusion mitigation following significant flooding of the facilities in August, 2015.
